TERMS OF SERVICE
When purchasing art from me, I will have assumed you have read the terms of service!
Payment
• Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal accepted• No art will be made until half of the payment is recieved• Finished product will be done after
2 days - 5 days.• Refunds will be considered once sketch or partial lineart is completed.• Refunds will not be issued after product is finished. unless u really hate it just tell me i won't bite
Usage
• Art is for personal use only, do NOT hand it off to another artist to finish.• Can use as profile picture• Can repost art (with proper credit)• Can use as wallpapers, personal prints or coloring pages
You are NOT permitted to do the following:
• Use my art commercially or for redistribution
• Upload the art into AI Generator data sets
• Turn the art into NFTs or Mints
• Claim the artwork as your own
• Reposting without credit (lenient)Failure to follow these procedures may result in legal action or confrontation.

Important
• I have the right to turn down your request if I am uncomfortable or unavailable.• You may revise up to 5 times :>• You can provide poses and reference pictures if you would like, backgrounds and added elements are free! (they are fun)• Final artwork will be posted on my social media (with permission from the buyer)• Please make sure you are fully available to talk before commissioning.
